"The whole experience of staying was so lovely. The staff were helpful, the room had a great view and had everything we needed. Air conditioning was nice in the room and great facilities. Breakfast had a variety of choice, high quality and friendly staff."

"A place we always stay before an early flight from Heathrow. Check in smooth, room good, comfortable bed, quiet. Enjoyed a couple of drinks in the bar, good food selection available in the bar, but decided on the restaurant. - One of the restaurants, La Belle Époque, super food, high end, and the other restaurant, a great variety of dishes to suit people from all over the world. Loved my fish dish, and my husband loved his vegetarian. Desserts not so memorable. Great sleep (albeit short), quick check out, felt safe and easily connected to T5 and Heathrow Express is a 5-minute walk. Much better than most airport hotels I have stayed in for sure!"

"The hotel itself was good. Only thing I have to say is bed too soft for my back , neck and shoulder injury. Little walk to the tram. Far from central Amsterdam. No food at hotel after 10am. "

"Very noisy on second night. Some sort of trip running what sounded like races in corridor and room next door (415) was so loud I had to aske them to be quiet. Bathroom needed updating. Very dated. Apart from that. All ok. "

"Clean room, curtain and light controls at the bedside. Excellent and attentive staff. Bus stop right in front of hotel and a short walk to Vauxhall station. Great location and view of the river. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. I felt the pictures on the website were deceptive regarding the view from the room, but the free breakfast was hands down the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The staff was kind and professional. We would stay here again. "

"Staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast had limited offerings but quality was good and food plentiful. Only issue was that a lot of the courses were brought together before the earlier courses were finished."
