It was very basic but had enough hot water for morning showers and was quiet. We loved that the back windows looked right it into some bushes, so it was very private :) The staff were some of the most warm and helpful of our trip."

Walls were really thin, guests were quiet but could hear water run every time toilet was flushed. Place had a lot of rooms so lots of people coming in and out and moving around and our room was first floor right by the door. Rooms are scarce in the area so its served its purpose but was one of our least liked places we stayed. Probably bottom one or two places out of our 9 day trip."

"The front desk staff were friendly. However, there is no staff in the evening and we were told to call a number if there were any problems. The rooms were nice enough considering they are dorm rooms for high school students during the academic year. We were told about the breakfast buffet by the staff and did not eat the breakfast because it seemed a little expensive for what you get. There is plenty of parking. Everything in Iceland is expensive so do not expect a lot for what you are getting."
