"Beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff, and all the amenities you’d need in the hotel but also within walking distance of absolutely everything you could need. They have deals at the restaurant downstairs to bring up to your room, which was the more cost effective option to room service at hotels. First time at the Chelsea and it is the new favourite! Actually preferred it to the Fairmont, and for the very reasonable price, that literally can’t be beat. Will be returning!! Thank you to staff at the Chelsea for the wonderful stay."

"Very nice hotel overall. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and in good condition. My only gripe was with the suite I booked. I have stayed in a non-suite previously. While the suite was much larger, it felt more like the room was just spaced out more. Being open concept, the bed and seating area were simply pushed farther apart, leaving an empty space the size of a small dance floor in the middle. The TV on the wall sat awkwardly between the bed and the seating, having nothing directly in front of it. While open concept is nice, it felt like a poor use of space and provided little to be desired over the base room."

"Great location to Koerner Hall and the corner of Ave & Bloor where I had to be. Very quiet room... even with the window open and construction next door. Nice strong coffee in the morning. Muffins were OK, not great."
