We had booked and prepaid through Expedia for two people, half-board, in a superior room with a mountain view. "The hotel is about 20 - 25 minutes from Bolzano center, its in Collepietra, Trentino-Alto Adige. The room we had was spacious, as well as the bathroom, (we love the heated floor in the bathroom), comfortable bed and good wifi reception. The hotel has restaurant and own parking. The staff were all helpful and kind. "

"Everything good, room was lovley , parking simple, view amazing. Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "

"We had a couple of great days at this very welcoming place. Extremly friendly owners and staff. Good service, good food, nice garden and well filled brealfast buffé with lots of good things and good italian cappuccino. All enjoyable with a good view of the valley!! We aim to come back!"

"An absolutely great hotel - plenty of history and superb staff. The latter were incredible - all polite, confident and efficient. I needed to stow an electric bike - and the young lady at the front desk personally took me around to where I could leave it securely (she'd only been at the hotel for a short while, but you wouldn't have guessed it). Even the cleaning staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Of course it goes without saying the room was of the highest quality, the lounge beautiful and the breakfast without peer. Management should be congratulated on the way they run this wonderful establishment. "
