Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. "PROS: -Large apartment, very well equipped, with a balcony offering a BEAUTIFUL landscape -Includes parking -Good location. The town itself is beautiful and very peaceful. We booked here because Ortisei was full, and in the end we liked St. Cristina even more TO IMPROVE: -Cleaning is not included, and they charge EUR 55 if you don’t wash the dishes and take out the rubbish -Check-in is 100% self-service, which feels a bit uncomfortable at first, but in the end everything worked smoothly and quickly"
