"I loved the newness, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Was not pleased with having to pay $100 for incidentals when I knew I would not be utilizing any since I was in town for a family funeral and meeting at their properties for meals etc. Holding a card number wouldā€™ve been more affordable than spending another $100 and waiting for return of monies."
