"I’ve stayed at several La Quintas, but never as a runner down like this one. The room had no hair blower, the TV didn’t work (according to staff - having issues with satellite); several electrical plugs didn’t work; the tub had yellow stains and when the water was turn on yellow water came out; inside was a little dirty. Staff did not care. And oh, a new one on me, had to give a $100 deposit for incidentals. I’ve never had to give deposit for incidentals. Very dissatisfied customer. "

"Arriving I was greeted by a lady named Van who is from Galveston and is so nice. She introduced me to Cameron as well. Both made me feel welcomed. My check in was quick and easy. Ms. Van handed me the keys and away I went. GREAT EXPERIENCE. will no longer be stopping at any other hotels on I-10. "

"Room was clean except for the sheets. After a long work day, did not notice blood stains on sheets and pillows cases until the morning. notified front desk, they apologized and it was resolved when I returned to my room. "

"Overall good experience, Just wish breakfast was better. Only options available were orange/apple juice, milk, sandwich bread, spray on butter, danactive, oranges, bananas, apples, cereal( fruit loops, frosted flakes, raisin bran) coffee and a toaster."

"Stayed at Wyndham Garden Katy and had a disappointing experience. I booked through Hotels.com which stated free parking, but at checkout they charged $60 for parking without any prior notice or consent. They also refused to provide an itemized invoice and asked me to contact the third party instead. Breakfast was particularly disappointing. Although it was advertised as available until 9:30 AM, it felt more like a first-come, first-served setup. Food items were stocked in very limited quantities, and if you arrived closer to 9:00 AM, most items were already gone. Even basic things like plates and utensils were sometimes unavailable, making it difficult to have a proper meal. Housekeeping was also not done at all during my 6-day stay, despite being told it would be provided every 3 days. Overall, lack of transparency and poor service. Would not stay here again."
