"Paid extra to reserve a suite with a kitchen for a four night stay. The room was nice and spacious and the kitchen was nice and well outfitted and supplied. The only problem was that the bed was hard and very uncomfortable, as was the couch, which I assume made into a hide a bed. Those things made the stay less than comfortable."

"The couch was very dated. The mattress on the bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was no ice machine on the 1st floor. The front desk clerk brought me to the service room and scooped the ice for me for my container. "

"We were in the area for a family wedding & in spite of the rain, it was a great weekend! The room was clean, breakfast was better than basic, staff was friendly and welcoming and even checked in to see if we needed anything. Definitely recommend!"

"I never stayed at a Holiday Inn before because I did not think that they were nice. I was pleasantly surprised that the staff was really nice and the property is really clean. I would definitely choose this Holiday Inn again."

"This house was a perfect location to stay while looking for houses in the area. With prior approval, Mr Paul let us bring our 2 German Shepherds who absolutely LOVED the back yard! The yard is fully fenced and secure. Inside the home was of course the Arcade area which was attractive to our grown children who came to visit. The living room has a huuuuge Samsung TV which is the best tv out there in my opinion. Although ALLLLLL of the furniture seemed very small, I can’t complain too much because it served its purpose and I didn’t wake up feeling sore. The house was clean, the shower heads were great which is super important right?! being right by Katy Mills, lots of places to eat, shopping and of course HEB! As a fellow VRBO owner, I would recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay in the Katy area at a decent price. "
