"Beautiful older hotel- very well kept. Great view of the mountains from our balcony. Sat there relaxing enjoying a beer! Staff and breakfast were wonderful. Close walk to train station and Zugspitze Bahn. Has a pool sauna and steam room but we just stayed 2 nights so no time to use them but they looked excellent. We plan to come back next year and stay longer. We highly recommend Wittelsbacher Hof"

"The rooms would be great for a ski party. A little dated, but large and clean. The room was quite a walk from the lobby. The breakfast buffet that came with our room was beyond amazing. Many choices and very tasty. Excellent service. "

"Very nice hotel with friendly front desk clerk. My only complaint was that my pillow was very flat and uncomfortable. The hotel is in a very nice area with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic!"
