Great stay. No complaints. Clean.

The rooms were pretty decent. The only thing I could point out Is that when I took a shower there was Hair still in the drain catcher. The service was greet and the employees are very helpful and friendly. I think the only complaint I have is that the pool area has no umbrellas or shade whatsoever, so it was very hot. We went while it was 105° so being at the pool helped but you basically have to sit in the water the whole time.😆 The continental breakfast is pretty good and they have a variety of breakfast items until ten A.M.

Surprising fees at the end. Room not so clean. Crazy strong smells throughout the hallways in to the bedroom and sheets/blankets. I’d rather smell the marijuana than that strong odor. My dog couldn’t even settle in the first night til I asked for no scented sheets and blankets and pillows. Slapped another fee for the dog even tho he’s a service animal . Used to like it there, not so much anymore. Waited forever for stuff asked from the front desk. Had to walk down and tell the front desk myself after I made the call. Nothing super luxurious. I did like the one valet guy named Edgar. He made the stay bearable honestly. His smiles and how he goes out of the way to make you feel comfortable. The rest of the staff is ok. Just gonna stay somewhere nicer next stay but I tried to stay committed there but it’s just gotten worse. No furniture on balcony. What’s the point of the balcony then? Terrible view. Not so clean. Asked the housekeeping to come and the dirty stuff I saw in the shower was still there after she left. Not so clean and little bugs I saw here and there.
