I never stayed here as my credit card number was stolen. I tried to get a hold of Expedia to advise them of this thief but I was unable to connect expedia and the AI chat had no options for this.

We went for a concert and the could not have known the Microsoft crash would be an issue, the staff did the best they could to get rooms assigned but had some trouble keeping assigned rooms straight, the room we were assigned had no hot water and the second day we were given a fully functioning clean room. The staff worked through the issues and at all time was courteous and pleasant to interact with. Other than issues of inconvenience moving rooms it was a very nice facility.

the only thing is that the blackout that alot of people had on july 18 effected the hotel waited over to hours for room and then they couldnt make keys so had to be escortded to rooms

We liked the amenities. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were great. The only negative was that there was an issue with the toilet, the water kept running. I meant to report it to the hotel staff but forgot. Hopefully they take have taken care of it.

I was visiting stay here a lot of times the place is nice and clean. The only issue is it’s not safe for women because although it’s next to the police station somehow my vehicle was still vandalized right in front of the hotel in the parking lot and they said it’s been happening a lot. I don’t understand how it’s been happening a lot and you guys have security

Easy to find off freeway and find our way to and from our event. Friendly and easy checkin. Nice room with plenty of space as well as clean and quiet. Got back to hotel late but it was quiet and we slept well.

We had a terrible experience last night, AC wasn't working and we all were sweating all through our stay (my car have a better AC). Morning the technician came and suggested to change the room. Fridge wasn't generating enough chillness and spoiled the food we kept for the kids. For 6 people stay, there were only 3 bath towels. When I shared my experience with the front desk, very poor response from him. I don't recommend and don't just go by the brand name.

We checked in on July 3-6th, We were told that house keeping wouldn't be available until day 3. We never received the cleaning service. Even though we went to the front desk and informed the staff multiple times. 6 days of stay and no cleaning we had to beg for towels. We went and purchased some at the local store. I'm really disappointed in the service.

Although, the employees were nice it does not appear that this property is managed well. Example, we checked in at noon (fantastic early checkin) but their trash outside the building was full ALL around. I went back out around 5pm and they were still full but now they were overflowing. Nice facilty inside but the coffee in the coffee pot was old and not hot therefore, not very welcoming. While at the breafast dining area I asked an employee about pizza recommendation and he was great with his recommendation, feedback and small talk. He even offered to get my group plates, napkins and complimentary water. Don't know his name but thank you sir. You were great! Other than him everyone else appeared to just do their work not go above and beyond with guests and attempt to make their stay a good one.
