"What a wonderful home base for exploring Coyoacon and the rest of Mexico City! Our room was absolutely lovely. The hotel is tucked down a very small road, so it's quiet, but it's a short walk to the center of Coyoacon or a quick cab ride to the City Center. "The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here. A couple of things could be improved. We had issues with the hot water during most of our stay. It only became consistently hot on the last day when we showered at 5 am. Since we usually showered around 10am, that may have been a factor, but on the other days the water was only lukewarm. We also had to turn on the sink faucet to help the shower water heat up more quickly. The laundry machines were another challenge. They appear to accept both coins and an app, but when we tried using coins, we were told the machines were not working properly and that we should use the app instead. For international guests, this can be difficult because the app may not be available in your country's Apple App Store. After some back and forth, we were eventually able to get it working, but clearer instructions would be helpful. That said, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and did their best to assist us throughout our stay. I am giving this property 4 stars. This is meant as constructive feedback to help improve the experience for future guests."
