"The property itself is beautiful, and the food was consistently good, and it is very easy to get a spot by the pool, which made for an enjoyable overall experience. That said, the service could be a bit inconsistent at times. There were several corporate events during our stay that limited access to certain restaurant spaces, and the rooftop was closed for private events on two out of five nights. We also encountered a few minor room issues, such as a leaking shower door and patio doors that didn’t seal properly. Additionally, the app frequently changed restaurant hours, which made planning meals somewhat challenging. Overall, I would rate the stay a 6.5 out of 10. With a few improvements to service consistency, communication, and room maintenance, this property has the potential to easily be an 8 out of 10 experience."

"We had a great stay at Dreams overall, and the service really stood out. The staff as a whole was warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our trip. Theo, Adrianna, and Francis especially went above and beyond to meet our needs and were consistently kind and helpful. There were also several other team members who made a positive impact, even if we didn’t catch all of their names. The entertainment staff was wonderful as well—always pleasant, smiling, engaging, and creating a fun atmosphere for guests. The food could have been better, with more variety and options available, but overall we had a very enjoyable stay and truly appreciated the excellent service from the team."

"Great staff at restaurants. Hard to make reservations with app. Room service requests for towels etc took long. However food room service great. Also better entertainment is needed more cultural music or bands. "

"We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! His staff/helper bartenders were great too, and Chefs made us some amazing authentic Dominican experience type food and drinks!!! We made beautiful core memories here that we will never forget!!! We will make a further detailed review with pictures included listing all the great things this place offered because there were so many! Go see this place if you get a chance! Beautiful, clean, quiet ocean-front cabins and ecolodges with most importantly, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! "
