El Cedro Holidays

I am a Prestige Club member but used Expedia to book because I had credits. They would not let me utilize most of my benefits because of it and we had to move rooms because the TV wouldn't work and woke up to a huge roach in the room. Everything they asked me as a member that I wanted for my birthday trip was never given: no snacks, no fav drinks, no birthday gift or dessert like usual. I asked for a bottom-floor room since there are only stairs and got booked on the top floor. It was not a very good experience at all. I won't go back to this resort even though it was my 3rd visit.

Staff was amazing and the food surprises us, the room was good. It will be better if the toilet was separate. But in general we had an amazing and relaxing vacations. We stay at the coral level and upgraded to a front beach room. They also add a sargassum barrier and it really help us enjoy the beach.

The food was excellent. The shows at the theater were quality performance, staff were polite and always attended.

Muy complacidos con nuestra estadía en su hotel.. Las instalaciones, la comida, el ambiente, las bebidas, todo de muy buena calidad y servicio. Quisiera hacer un especial reconocimiento a los miembros del staff, los servers Esmeralda, Luisito y Salas en Tainos, quienes fueron excepcionalmente atentos y serviciales con nosotros.. Definitivamente volveremos a hospedarnos alli. Muchas gracias!
