"This hotel has the best WiFi in all of El Chalten. Wherever we went it was so bad. The views are like no other because the hotel sits on top of a hill. Service was excellent, especially from Florencia who helped me practice my Spanish. We had dinner here one night and food was spectacular. Our stay was very memorable "

The entire team were very helpful in answering questions about what to do, where to eat and also very attentive to the details like what hiking equipment was needed after some fresh snow. I actually left my wall charger in the room and I messaged the property thinking I'd never see it again as I had only realised it when I reached El Calafate. "We loved this hotel -- it was clean, modern and cozy. It is very close to the main trailheads for Laguna de los Tres and Laguna Capri. We were looking forward to the spa, but found it a bit lacking. The hot tub isn't hot and the steam room was a little moldy. "
