"Staff were amazing; place was great. Food was wonderful. We had a really small room but it was air conditioned which was much needed. Pool was awesome and only 82 feet from the beach. Hotel had lots of activities too which was cool. Thank you!"

"Overall, really great stay. The home was clean and very comfortable. Everyone had the appropriate amount of rooms, beds, and bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was spacious enough for us all. While staying in the Pacifico gated community, we felt very safe. The community is quiet a there are always security patrolling. We did take advantage of the access to the Pacifico Beach Club for a full day and had a great time. It was 35/person which includes a 25/person food credit. If you spend a full day there, it’s worth having a clean place and nice chairs to lounge in. The downside was that the description on the website is misleading. The description says “the ocean is just beyond the pool”. It’s also just beyond several homes blocking any view of the water or any other view. It also states the home is just steps from the beach, in reality it is a 20 minute walk down the hillside through the neighborhood and town"

"Great place close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Stocked with anything that you could need.Air conditioning works great. Pool is great! Once we arrived we didn’t have to drive anywhere until we left. Great dive shop close by too!"

"Very cute villa. A little run down. We didn’t have access to our patio as the communal BBQ was there which meant that people were often standing outside our living room windows. Aside from that we were quite happy. The house was larger than we expected and the check-in process was great. Abigail was lovely and extremely helpful!"

"Non existent customer service. No phone number that I could connect to. No sign to let me know where the property was or is. I couldn't find it so I had to leave. Wasted my entile day. Trying to get my money back. Don't waste your time too."

"The property is in a great location once you figure out the shortcut . Condo had all the basics and very clean but the best part is the caretaker Abigail! Shes great and an asset to the owner, always checking on us and giving us recommendation ls , she made the it an excellent experience. "
