"The housekeeper Ana was the exceptional part of my stay. She went above and beyond as a housekeeper. I’ve traveled the world and stayed in 100’s of hotels and resorts. I’ve never had such great service out of one single person. If she isn’t the boss, she should be. In real life outside of vacation I run a crew of 100’s of people. Give that woman an crew and have her train them on EXACTLY what to do! She’s the one! I recognize leaders in their field when I see them. She’s the leader! We had a great stay at the resort, thank you to all who work there"

"Beautiful hotel in a great location right on the beach. As with almost all hotels in CR, the pool is not heated and too cold even in hot weather but the proximity to the beach and ocean makes up for it. The rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained. Definitely request an upstairs room otherwise you need to keep the curtains drawn the entire time. Restaurant is high on price and moderate in quality but fine for post-beach snacks. We also did the hotel-provided boat and snorkel sunset trip which was well worth it. "

"We were greeted by Ted and Mark, they showed us around, pointed out the features and followed up with a text which is great so you don’t have to remember everything. The house was as pictured, plenty big enough for 3 couples. The view was amazing, the pool was great, kitchen well equipped, laundry made packing lighter. Mark was available and prompt answering our questions. We had a great vacation! Ted and Mark stopped by before we left to say thanks and goodbye-a nice touch. We gave them 2 suggestions for improvements and they thought they were good ideas. We would certainly stay here again and will recommend this property to our friends. "The host was very helpful in providing anything we wanted. She booked our excursion to zipline, raft and hot springs. She organized our driver for the week which made exploring very easy. The house was great, Maria the housekeeper was awesome. The only complaint was that the "hot tub" was not hot. The pool and jetted tub does not have heat. The kids didn't mind and there are so many beautiful beaches but would have been nice to have a nice soak under the stars."
