"If I could give Barrett and her property a 10 star rating, I would. My four buddies and I celebrated our 70th birthday milestone this year here, as well as we have all known one another since the first grade. We all live in different areas of the country, and we all agreed that Tahoe would be a great place to come together.The size of the property, the location, and the organization of everything at the property being labeled and easy to find was by far the best experience we have had renting a property. Barrett checked in on us to make sure that everything was OK, and to see if we needed anything which was greatly appreciated. She is super friendly and caring about the people renting her home, and the pride that she has in the property is truly evident.This is a property we all agreed we would rent again. The views of the lake, the walking path along it, and the convenient location in South Tahoe were all wonderful. Thank you Barrett for having us as your guests. I'm sure all of your guests feel the same way after staying there. Cheers!!"

"We had a lovely time visiting South Lake Tahoe and staying at this cozy house. It was a great size for our small family. It had a functional layout with an open living room and adjacent kitchen, good cookware, clean bathroom, and comfortable beds. Check-in was easy and Michael was very responsive to communication.The location was excellent and the neighborhood charming. The bike path was a block away and was our primary way to get around town. The shops on Rt 50 at the end of the street include several great cafes, food, and some shopping. Several beaches were a few minutes away by bike and the nearby meadow was beautiful at sunset.We would definitely consider staying here again in future trips."

"Unforgettable VacationFamily had an amazing time, we had 8 adults and 7 children. Everyone slept comfortably in their own bed. House is spacious, modern, clean, packed with all the amenities and at a great location. We are so happy we booked this home away from home. Walkable beach just seven minutes away and beautiful sandy beaches 15 minutes away (Pope beach). Kids had plenty to do on the property but spent most of their time in the hot tub. We can’t wait to come back next summer!"
