Es ist einfach das beste Hotel in El Gouna, aber es ist auch deutlich teurer als die Hotels in der Umgebung. Die anderen Hotelgäste sind sehr angenehm. Meist Paare mittleren Alters. Das Personal ist unglaublich aufmerksam und haben ein Auge für Details.

Quiet and classy stay by the sea

The hotel is simply awesome, staff is super friendly and polite. Service is like clockwork and extremely professional. Rooms are very comfy and clean, hotel facilities and in perfect condition and they pay attention to all details so you really feel at home. They also serve amazing different food options at The Chedi.

We had a wonderful stay at The Chedi El Gouna — a calm, elegant resort with a genuine sense of quality and care. The atmosphere is serene and relaxing, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The staff were truly exceptional and made us feel genuinely well looked after. Special thanks to the two Beshoys (Safwat and Gamil), whose service stood out; to Ibrahim Mounir for sharing his deep knowledge of El Gouna and Hurghada; and to Mustafa and Abdullah for their warm, attentive service at mealtimes. A heartfelt thank-you also to Haidi and Marina, whose friendly and thoughtful conversations really made us feel at home. Kerlokos at check-in was especially welcoming and supportive. Ahmad and the lifeguard team at the pools and beach were professional and reassuring. And Ramadan from housekeeping was consistently kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. We may have forgotten a few names, but we’re truly grateful to every member of the team who made our stay so enjoyable. Thank you all!

Sehr schöne und direkt am Meer gelegene Anlage mit Privatstrand. Service und Essen ist hervorragend, nur die vom The Chedi angebotene App ist ausbaufähig, Termine stimmen nicht und es kommen keine Bestätigungen an. Auch Gym und Sauna sind in einem 1a Zustand und das Spa bietet tolle Treatments an.

THE STAFF WERE AMAZING, GREAT SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT TEAM WERE VERY EXPERIENCE AND EXTREMELY HOSPITABLE, THEY ALL MADE OUR STAY VERY ENJOYABLE. WE DID HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE HOT WATER BEING CUT DUE TO A PIPE THAT BURST WHICH CAUSED A MAJOR DISTRIBUTION IN THE WATER SUPPLY FOR ALMOST 48 HRS. AS A GESTURE OF GOOD FAITH WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPENSATED FOR THE LACK OF RUNNING WATER FOR THE TWO NIGHTS DURING THE CUT OFF.
