Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. The sea, weather, and food were excellent and truly enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the attitude and level of support provided by some members of the reception team upon arrival, which negatively impacted the beginning of my stay. While the resort has many positive aspects, I believe additional staff training and improvements in guest service would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Reception staff are nice and helpful. Restaurant is okay but food not the best and drinks specially from coffee machines are terrible. Rooms are very old with old furniture and need renovation. Beach is okay and ground is rocky and needs more attention from staff regarding cleanliness.

It was a bad experience, starting from the checkin process, they gave me a different room with a diffraction view than what i booked, the hotel was crowded, there was no diversity in the food selection.

My stay at this resort was an absolute disaster. Check-in was delayed from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and the receptionist (Zoheir or Zobeir) offered zero hospitality—no smile, no welcome, and zero information about resort rules or dining schedules. The luggage attendant didn't even guide me to my room; he just told me to go ahead alone, and my bags arrived 20 minutes later. I explicitly requested a King-size bed, but they assigned me a twin room at the extreme, isolated edge of the property—literally the last available room in the hotel. While the room itself was newly renovated and nice, being miles away from everything was exhausting. The overall atmosphere was unbearable. Overbearing security guards stared at guests constantly like we were crossing a country border illegally which is so funny any so annoying!!! Construction workers operated deafening equipment all day, while uncontrollable swarms of crows squawked non-stop. To make matters worse, dinner on my first day gave me severe diarrhea, despite the food tasting acceptable. Night entertainment was a joke. The DJ was the exact same guy from six years ago, lazily changing tracks over a single repeated beat without any mixing skills. The animation team ran the same brain-dead routine every night: kids' disco from 8:30 to 9:30 PM, an awkward show, and 15 minutes of line-dancing to 15-year-old resort songs. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.

The place is good and services are good too. There is a sense of generosity from the resort to the guests, and staff very friendly and kind including law enforcement who patrolled the resort they were very helpful and professional. You will definitely feel safer there than in the west. The only problem was the plumbing issue in our room, the water tap wasn’t functioning perfectly and the cold/hot water in the shower was messed up.
