Although the staff was responsive and helpful and the flat was new, there were too many problems to recommend this apartahotel. The biggest problem and one that cannot be changed by the owner is the NOISE from the Punk Rock Bar across the street. They are open until 3:00 am and it is LOUD. There were other problems with the flat. There was a bad sewer-like odor in the flat and in the building. The kitchen was not equipped for cooking. It lacked practical items like a cutting board and strainer. There were no basic provided such as salt, pepper, sugar. It is full size kitchen but hard to use due to the lack of these basic items.

"Loved Alicante . Our room was great….unfortunately it was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in . We were on the Marina side opposite a bar that plays music until midnight…when you add the hotel events it becomes very noisy. Not many outside areas … pool was very small and compact and airless. ..."
