Lovely boutique hotel. Nice room .Nice comfortable bed. Perfect location with bars and restaurants and shops nearby. Nice rooftop restaurant and bar. Loungers and small pool. Nice breakfast and staff. Quaint , charming , upscale.

The location was why I've booked the Livensa. The place remind me University dorm. If you are a light sleeper, that might not be the place for you, as everyone scream in the corridor, slamming doors non-stop, loud music. If you walk in the corridor you can even hear the shower when someone is using it... Walls are paper thin I guess. They haven't broom the unit prior to arrival, so floor were dirty. Bathroom needs some love too. But for me it was ok for 2 nights. Location was great with the metro at 3 min walk! I just didn't expect a dorm style for the price. Other than that, front desk people were great, quick and efficient.
