"This rental is a good value in a good neighborhood with good access to the rest of the city. The host was responsive. The unit however was pretty dirty and in need of repair. It is half of a garage converted into a studio. It definitely still feels a bit like a garage. There were ultrasonic rodent repellent plugs on the walls, however I didn’t see any signs of rodents or any other pests. The shower was good strength. The location felt secure. I’d recommend this rental for someone looking to stay in SF on a budget who doesn’t mind roughing it a bit. With a good deep cleaning and some repairs, this would be more so a stand out rental."
