"If you're African-American this is the HONEST review for you. The area is very calm, quiet, and safe. Plethora of restaurants to chose from in the area, BUT the food doesn't have the richest flavors, but still good. If you're a walker, the action is literally a 10-15 minute walk away, and a 5 minute Uber ride ($3 MAX). The hotel staff is nice, the housekeepers are respectful, and do an excellent job at cleaning. The rooftop is beautiful. The pool isn't big, but it's not heavily occupied, and has a nice view. I did the balcony regular room which was sufficient enough for 1 person. 2 is a stretch because it's very "cozy". Overall, 10/10 stay for what you're paying for. Definitely returning here when I come back. "

"This place was wonderful. The rooms and facilities were so clean and luxurious, my mind truly felt at ease during my stay there. The only thing i didn’t like was the hotel 1 guest policy, i wish they had listed that in their description before i had book. They only allow 1 guest for the entire stay and once you register a guest you can’t bring any additional guest for the duration of your visit. There are no other ways around the policy which i found ridiculously stupid, i even offered to book a new room for an additional night and they wouldn’t allow. If you somehow how sneak a guest in they will charge $100USD which i found hilarious "
