Hotel location was not good for me and my wife. We feel better when staying at the Gran Vía area, where we need to walk less to access our sites of interest. Breakfast options could be better. Access to Hotel is limited during weekends, where many city official activities occurred. However, this Hotel is beautiful and very well operated.

"Nice hotel with a great location. Attentive staff. Our room had a nice view of Plaza Espana. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast buffet is not great and it’s overcrowded. With that said I would stay here again."
