"Great neighborhood and close to anything you’d need. The beds were very comfy and it was great for our family. The only thing was our allergies kicked up a little due to probably some pet dander as we don’t have any pets but other than that it was great. "

Loved sitting on the porch, even with the rain, wrapped in a blanket and a cup of coffee, it was heaven since I live in the desert. I would definitely recommend this rental to everyone. "the bed was good and it was quiet, people were friendly and it was quiet, a few fireworks in the distance but not a war zone like my neighborhood on the 4th of July. I'll never understand why blowing stuff up, terrorizing the animal world and some of us humans, is really a good expression of celebration of our independence, especially since we are facing a clear and present danger of losing it to radicals."

"Our group of 10 spent a summer weekend renting both houses and the space was a perfect oasis. We kayaked and sunbathed on the private dock, used the bbq in the common courtyard, and watched the stars from the hot tub on the deck. Communication with the owners was very efficient and parking at the houses was plentiful. Will definitely be staying here again!"

"Loved staying at this super well decorated and comfortable houseboat!! Waking up to the view of the state capital building across the bay was super magical and if I was cooking instead of eating out the kitchen was very well outfitted for any/all my cooking needs. Would definitely stay here again and again!! "
