"Nice roomy parking spots, clean overall feel to the place, nice front desk staff, neat area surrounding the facility. The soundproofing isn't what it is in the big Vegas hotels so you'll get to share in whatever activities your upstairs neighbors are choosing to do ! But if you've got quiet neighbors, it's all good"

"I wanted to bring my sister here because my husband and I had stayed a few years ago, when it was Hotel Denver, and it was still really nice. I hadn't taken pictures around the hotel last time, so I couldn't really compare since the remodel, but it was beautiful and comfortable. The only thing I noticed was that the windows no longer open so I couldn't hear the trains, which I love, but that's just me. My sister loved the place, and so did I!"

"The buffet was a typical continental buffet. There were not fresh items on it and the staff was just OK. Parking was easy and it was super convenient in location to my son’s lacrosse tournament. The beds were comfortable."

"Well I did not end up staying at this hotel.. the Hotel would not allow me, my sister and our 4 little 10lb dogs to stay without renting another room and the total costs was quoted to me as being $459. We ended up sleeping in a supermarket parking lot. The company did send me a cancellation notice but because Expedia could not contact a person to confirm they have refused my refund, even though I paid their addition expense of $14.95 for Insurance to ensure this would not happen if we did not stay at the expected hotel... This is unacceptable and I will be fighting this!!! So until this matter is corrected I would stay away from Expedia where any and all your travels are concerned.."

"I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were very clean. AC was excellent. Beds comfortable but I would recommend some new pillows. "

"hidden parking fees upon arrival. Carpet in the room had wine stains and was in general poor condition. Bed and bathroom were comfortable. Most staff were nice. Management was unsympathetic to my grievance about hidden parking fees preferred to blame issue on Expedia. Both need to revisit fee transparency. "

"Air conditioning was not that effective, pillows not very high quality. Otherwise great work stay"
