I am glad you had a nice time at the house and on the river where you were able to use our kayaks, tubes, basketball court, hot tub, and grill. The grill was never broken, as your group was able to cook on it every night. One of your guests reached out once that they were having difficulty getting the grill started, but this was resolved as the grill was in safety mode after the propane tanks were swapped out and were remedied after 20 minutes. We, in fact, have a sign on the grill on how to troubleshoot this issue. We do have signs throughout the cabin that previous renters find helpful, such as, how to secure the trashcans to prevent wildlife from getting in, how to properly put chlorine in the hot tub, river safety tips, and reminding guests that we are on a septic system. Most of our guests are appreciative of this signage as it serves to address any concerns or questions quickly for them without having to reach out for assistance. Obviously, you took affront to the signage, and we apologize, this is not our intent. Additionally, any claims that our pictures are misleading to the size of our space are false. We have had professional pictures made, floor plans provided, and a detailed VRBO listing to try and accurately represent our home. Both Sarah and I were responsive to your needs and requests through the VRBO platform, phone, text, and email. I reached out to you via text to warn you of the trash pickup, which you thanked me for, after that, we never received any further communication from you. To say we were unresponsive is simply not true. We warn our guests that we provide a limited supply of paper products weeks in advance, and we provide 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, we are sorry you didn’t find that adequate, even still, had you reached out, we would have gladly offered you more. We are glad you were able to enjoy your stay and utilize our many amenities, we are committed to providing a space where people can relax and create memories.

Ronald, Glad you had a great time at the cabin! I love the river and having fires in the fire pit! Or laying around on the porch swing bed and listening to the river! One of the aspects of being on the river bank is all the nature surrounding you that include deer, , geese , herons, and insects which is part of the outdoor experience. In response to issue with the TV in the great room it is a 42" plasma which is hooked up directly to the cable TV. We leave a guide on the number of channels available from ETC in their premium offering that includes SEC and ESPN and others (about 100 plus). Also connected to the TV is a Tivo DVR that offers viewing and recording six channels at once and has all the Aps like Netflix. Also attached is a Sony Blue-ray DVD player that also has all the Aps available, BUT you have to change the input to HDMI on the TV to use them which we leave detailed instructions in their operation along with each units input being marked on the device Unfortunately the TV was set up only using direct cable TV Choosing the HDMI inputs on the TV would have allowed you so many more choices. ETC now has fiber optic High Speed internet in our cabin which allows you to stream on all your devices. I realize in talking with you were not comfortable with using the WiFi but it is a secure network that is only available for our guests. I also have to apologize the situation with the main gate guard shack where they were unable to properly use a computer and find your reservation which I had to resolve. Your were in the system. The gate attendant just did not know how to find you??? Anyhow we appreciate you choosing to stay with us and would welcome you back anytime. Thanks again Ian and Sarah.

Teresa, I am glad your first VRBO trip was a good experience. I know we texted a lot to get you set up so you could visit up there! I just wish you could have alerted me about the towels I would have been able to take care of this for you. We keep a large supply up there in the maids closet for use in fast turn overs. That said we are glad you had a great time on the river. We are glad to have shared this experience with you and hope you all come back. Thanks Ian & Sarah
