"1st time at this lake..loved the cottage..everything perfect..especially got this place so we could park boat at a dock and come and go if needed.( storms..heat..bathroom breaks etc..)Also able to plug inn batteries."

"Our room was showing its age; most of the furniture was in disrepair and in need of replacement. The laminate was broken and exposed the substrates. Not a good look, we stay at Hampton's as our default lodging, but this was disappointing. The staff was always very good during our stays."

"Excellent Room and nice quiet surroundings. The pool looked inviting but didn't get the opportunity to enjoy. I had only one thing come up - in the morning around 5 am, I smelled an unpleasant odor that came from - the kitchen, I believe or the exhaust. I could smell a mix of smells, and I just turned the fan on consistently and it seemed to be some better, but maybe an exhaust thing or a "new filter" needed? I really don't know. Please check out rm 105 at the time mentioned above."

"The property was clean, neat, well appointed and very comfortable. There is nothing to want when you stay here. We enjoyed having the dock for our boat. the view of the water and the sunrise and sunset was great! The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. "If you’re looking for an average, run of the mill hotel to just spend a night, this is fine. It’s average. Smells like air freshener trying to cover must/smoke. But again, if you’re looking for a cheap place for the night, it’s fine. The tv was set to Spanish, so we needed to adjust it every time we turned the channel. Please note that they charge a $250 security deposit when you check in! That may turn a lot of people away."

"If you are looking to stay in Bemus Pt., this is the house for you. The house was well stocked, very roomy for 4 adults and immaculate inside. It has a spacious backyard with a great view of the lake and bridge, as well as, a nicely furnished patio and a fire pit out by the waters edge. It's located only about a half mile from town, which made it even more convenient for dining and shopping. You cannot go wrong with this rental."
