"Nice hotel located only 5 min walk to the center. Staff at the reception is very nice and we had a fast check-in. Breakfast is really good, the staff is polite and they keep the restaurant clean at all times. The room we had was on 18 floor with a lot of light into the room - really nice. However the day of the check-out the elevators did not work, so we along with many other guests had to walk down the emergency exit, which was a horrible experience. No instructions from the hotel so some guests ended up in the kitchen area others ran to find some exits - that should have been handled much better from the hotel. Elderly people did not have a chance to get down."
