No hot water, shampoo conditioner and body wash all empty. Tried to call front desk and phone didn’t work. Soda machine didn’t work. Alot of stains on bottom part of bed. Asked about the hot water they said they never have problems with it. Probably one of the worst hotels we’ve been to
