"The room was clean and very comfortable and makes it a home away from home. Breakfast was pretty decent as well.
I would have wish the check-in staff (whom I wish not to mention) could display more enthusiasm as a front-office staff with more courteous and politeness in his welcome. The room was booked under my profile for a staff of mine, but the attitude was slightly comes off as impolite the way he put certain remarks or wordings.
