"The staff were all incredibly kind and hospitable, making my stay here extremely comfortable. I'd like to thank the male staff member who cooked and brought food to my room with a smile even in the middle of the night, the female staff member who asked me every morning if I wanted coffee, and the doorman. The facilities were a little old, but they were well-cleaned, and the traffic congestion I was worried about wasn't that bad. Overall, it was a comfortable stay."

"Batavia Apartments is close to Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, where there are several major shopping areas. On Jalan Benhil, within walking distance of Batavia Apartments, there are several ATMs, restaurants, and convenience shops for snacks and drinks. There are always taxis located outside the Apartments, making transportation very easy from there. The staff are friendly. It's nice to have a spa on site, and I enjoyed a relaxing massage on the day I arrived. The pool area is beautiful."
