"The hotel is conveniently located close to offices, Parliament House, War Memorial Park in a quiet area, and the rooms are generally well maintained. However, our main concern was the bedding arrangement. We requested a king-size bed for two adults and our five-year-old child, but upon arrival, we discovered that two single beds had been pushed together to create what was presented as a double bed. Unfortunately, putting two single beds together does not provide the comfort of a proper king-size bed, as the gap in the middle makes it uncomfortable for the person sleeping there. This significantly affected our sleeping experience. While the location and room maintenance were satisfactory, the poor bedding arrangement was disappointing. Based on this experience, I am unlikely to stay at this hotel again."
