"Very nice home, master bath is AMAZING. We had 4 adult coaches stay in the home for a local tournament. About 15-20 minute to Adventhealth Fieldhouse for tourney. Wish we had more free time at the house to actually enjoy all the amenities. Walmart right outside the community, inside the home is a pool, pool table, large soaking tub, and a golf course on site. Host was even nice enough to leave out some snacks which was able to cure one of my coaches depression after his team let him down. Absolutely recommend this home. "

"The pool pump didn't work so, we didn't use the pool. It wasn't able to be heated. The pool was green and dirty, debris was on the bottom of the pool from a hole in the lanai cover. The video games in the garage did not work. The pool cue sticks didn't have tips, the cue ball rack was broken. The door in the downstairs bedroom was blocked with sticks which is a fire hazard. The doors were not easy to open they stuck. The a/c was regulated by the host. She stated that the pool guy was going to come fix the pump and clean the pool all that was done while we were away was that a hose was strewn across the lanai and dropped and left in the pool. When I contacted the host she stated it's fine that it's like that and if it bothers us to move it out of the way. When we arrived I looked around to see if there were laundry baskets and there were not. We went to Disney one day and when we came back they showed up. I don't appreciate someone invading my privacy and she didn't even ask if it was ok to go into the home when we weren't there. There was one extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom that weren't even full and one roll of paper towels for 6 nights. For the money it's not worth it. Poor maintenance and upkeep of the home, they defintely only do the bare minimum. It's listed for up to 10 people I couldn't imagine that many people staying there. False advertising. "

"It was fine. We basically just roam around all day and then come home and sleep so for that it was absolutely fine. I could quibble about cobwebs and bathroom doors with locks that didn't work, but it didn't really matter. For us, It worked great. Just FYI an Uber Eats driver dropped off some Del Taco sort of between our townhome and the one next to it. It wasn't intended for us or whoever was next door if there was anyone so some raccoons ate it and made a little mess."

"Home was lovely. Had a minor challenge figuring out the door lock and alarm system. Unfortunately no booklet to explain the house or amenities since rental companies had just merged. Can overlook those minor things but was more upset that heated pool was advertised yet this is an additional cost to turn on, so buyer beware. Did not see that in any of the booking info and would have passed on the property at that point due to cost. Other than that, it is a great house in a quiet gated community."

"The property was not clean prior to our arrival dirty dishes in the dishwasher dead flowers in the kitchen hair in the beds toilets weren’t clean. The kitchen was not equipped properly and not even coffee was offered."
