"The hotel is under construction, and the pool was not working. None of this was disclosed when I made my reservation. So when my family and I showed up in Florida to a hotel with no pool, we immediately left and went somewhere else. We didn’t even check in. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the support I got, which was minimal no refund. I’ll never use the service again."
