Located MINUTES FROM DISNEY it features a beautiful clean spacious living room with access to your very own private pool. With a fully equipped kitchen and a large central island has everything you need for at home dining. You can also enjoy a great relaxing day at the community pool and lazy river just a short walk away. This is not a regular townhouse but a vacation destination close to all Orlando has to offer where you can kick back, relax and enjoy your stay. I am not going to bore you with in depth features of the house, just know that it is always clean, always cozy, always functioning, and has everything you need.

• Pool heat is an optional amenity. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of US$25. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 70 - 80ºF. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather.
• TV/INTERNET/SATELLITE: No refund shall be given for number of devices, outages, content, or lack of content or personal preferences with regard to cable/internet/satellite service. Services are provided as a convenience only, and are not integral to the rental agreement. No refund shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to service.
• AIR CONDITIONING: We set A/C temperatures between 72ºF-78ºF and set to Auto/Cool position. Any lower setting will cause the A/C unit to freeze up, resulting in considerable damage to the unit - SUBJECT TO PENALTY.
• There are two assigned parking spaces in front of the house. Please follow community parking rules to avoid your car being towed.

The property was very clean and well-maintained, which we truly appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and had a comfortable time overall. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the bedrooms wasn’t very cold, and we ended up using two fans in the kids’ room since it felt quite warm at night. Aside from that, everything else was great, and the overall experience was pleasant.

My stay was nice. The development was beautiful and for the most part quiet except for the people to the left who appeared to have moved in doing renovations and banging at various time throughout the evening and night. The hedges initially pictured in the photos didn't prevent others from walking by observing those in the pool or on the patio, they appeared to be dead. The pillows in the upstairs master bedroom was HORRIBLE and FLAT on the too low platform bed. But overall it was an okay stay but not worth the money paid.

We enjoyed our stay, The property was well maintained and clean. The only things that we we're uncomfortable with was entering Entering the neighborhood took at least 5 to 10 minutes at the gate. That was because of the holiday weekend. But overall it was a good property to book.

Great spot in Davenport !

Nice townhouse sized perfectly for 2 families totally 7 people. Great to have two master rooms each with king size beds !! And ample room for the kids with bunk beds in the two other rooms. Ashley, the host was very responsive and helpful when I messaged her with questions.

My friends and I enjoyed a girls weekend at this house and it was perfect!! The house was just as pictured. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was so nice when we needed to get ready! This house has great space, it’s in a really nice, gated neighborhood, and the process for checkin was very easy!

SOLTERRA RESORT

Communication with the owner was very good. Property upon arrival was very clean. Paid for pool heat and the pool was still very cold. Suggested to the owner they should bump up the temperature over the winter months. The area around the resort was very congested with traffic in February. Home was very nice and was just what we needed to escape the Ohio winter for a few days. There are some nice restaurants in the area.

Superb! Clean, beautiful, wonderful community

Family of 5 with children under 10. Close to everything Orlando. Condo is beautiful, huge, clean, and very well equipped. Pool at condo was great and the association clubhouse/amenities/pool/waterslide, etc were clean and top notch. Staff was excellent. All of the guards at the gate were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and professional. All smiles. Will absolutely stay at this condo again. Highly highly recommend. Hostess was available and communicated very well. 10 out of 10. Stay here, you will be very very pleased. Thank you!

Great communication

Overall stay was great. House is in a great location for Disney. Host communication was excellent. House wasn’t as clean as expected, carpets were stained House felt muggy at times but I think that’s expected in Florida. Couples things that would have made the stay better would have been some updated towels and a BBQ grill.

21st Birthday Celebration

I surprised my daughter and her friends with a 21st birthday celebration. The property was large enough to accommodate everyone. There were 8 extra people including myself. The pool was an added plus as they went swimming at night and enjoyed hanging out by the pool. The ease of check-in was a plus and we were able to come and go without any problems. I would reserve this space again if I were to have another small gathering.

Our host was very communicative, and that made the experience much easier. However, the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. From the floors, to the linens, to the dirty plates and silverware, we did not love that aspect of the stay. Other than that, it was comfortable, spacious. And located in a good spot to get pretty much anywhere you'd need.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic VRBO, and I must say, the online listing does not fully capture the array of amenities included. The community pool is vibrant and inviting, creating a delightful atmosphere for relaxation. The property features a well-equipped kitchen, allowing guests to prepare meals without the need for additional equipment, which can significantly reduce dining expenses.Additionally, the hosts provide many essentials for visitors to Disney World, including a convenient cooler that kept our beverages chilled—an item that can be cumbersome to transport. I was impressed by the thoughtful touches, such as coffee filters and extra pods for coffee lovers, as well as dishwashing supplies.The backyard pool is meticulously maintained, and the presence of an outdoor bathroom is a thoughtful addition to prevent wet feet from tracking into the house—especially helpful with children. Traveling with an elderly family member, I appreciated the main floor bedroom with a bathroom conveniently located nearby, making our stay comfortable and accessible.The neighbors were exceptionally friendly, contributing to a welcoming environment. I was also delighted to find that pets are permitted, which is a significant advantage for pet owners. Overall, I could continue to highlight the numerous positive aspects of this property, and I must emphasize that the pricing is remarkably reasonable for the quality offered. My family of 5 and our dog just stayed here for 4 nights and we really enjoyed ourselves! The blinds in the main room need fixed as they dont close, the screen above the pool is torn and should be fixed as it lets in leaves and bugs.. or at least a net should be provided. But we still enjoyed the pool and lanai area. The vents in the home need to be cleaned, especially the ones in the master bath and kitchen. But other than that the place was amazing! Clean house, comfy beds, lots of space! Stocked well enough for us. Though a hand towel in the kitchen would be nice. We stopped at publix for anything we needed. There is a clubhouse fee which I didnt know about ahead of time. Just over $37 for our family for the whole stay, so not too terrible. The clubhouse pool is wonderful!! The host was responsive, friendly and helpful with my questions. It's a nice area, about 20 minutes (with good traffic conditions) from all things Disney. We were honestly sad to leave and would definitely stay here again!

Hosts are fantastic

The kitchen is fully stocked. You aren’t going to have to worry about cooking or having supplies you need while you’re there. Seriously, it was great! The house is open and welcoming. The location is fantastic. Community pool was awesome with daily activities for the kids. More than anything the hosts were incredibly understanding, and easy to reach with issues. We had some accidental damage, thankfully we had insurance, and they were very understanding when it was reported. They are great hosts, and if you need them they are easy to reach and otherwise leave you alone to enjoy your vacation. Which is great. I was concerned about needing to leave the AC set to 72 or above as it was swelteringly hot in Florida when we went. It wasn’t a problem at all. The AC kept the house at 72 unless the dryer was running, then the upstairs would go up a few degrees but it never went over 75. We had fans and put them on us at night and it was totally fine. If you’re like us and the AC makes you hesitate, I just wanted to mention it really wasn’t an issue for us, so don’t let that stop you! The upstairs floor was creaky and the rugs and walls need a little TLC- previous reviews were accurate about that and screens missing - but the owner did say the rugs were being cleaned, screens replaced etc. were being taken care of and they arrived right after my stay so I imagine those are no longer an issue. The owners are great hosts. This is a great home for kids.

2 families stayed here and the size of the house was enough for all of us to be together when we want and to have our separate area to decompress after a full day at the park. Communicating with the owner was prompt and very easy. Would definitely stay here again!
