"We had a great stay at this six-bedroom home in Solterra Davenport, Florida. Overall, everything was wonderful. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated all the extra amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the home.The host was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance, which made the experience even smoother. We truly enjoyed our time here and are very grateful for the accommodations.Would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing and well-appointed place to stay!"

"Our dishwasher had mold lining the bottom of the machine and needed a deep clean. We requested maintenance and they just showed up turned on the machine and said it’s working and left. No mold had been removed at all. I think everything else was good. "

"The townhouse was plenty spacious for our group of 7. Our kids loved the pool and used it daily. The kitchen had a good variety of items. We enjoyed the extra toys in the hall closet and the high chair/umbrella stroller. The house and furniture were more “worn” than in the photos. The living room space was not very comfortable. There were several torn screens in the outdoor space so the pool was filled with leaves upon arrival (our kids did not mind scooping them all out). A few more towels would be nice. If we had a bigger group there would not have been enough. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and it was a generally easy drive to and from the Disney parks. "

"The house was spacious and clean. Location was good. Some small maintenance items that were addressed quickly when the hosts were notified. Pool was clean and well maintained. The community facilities were a good bonus. Multi generation family visit and there was something for all ages. "

"The ONLY thing that would have made this place better would be a better view in the pool area. I didn’t like seeing the shirtless old guy next door peeping while in our bikinis, (it was just a weird vibe); so ultimately I left and got another place. But the house was GORGEOUS and clean and the upstairs was SET UP for anyone’s day of fun. I also was SO HAPPY to see the security guard doing his job well for entry into the neighborhood. The house: 5 stars The view: 1 star The hosts: 10 stars (they were super sweet and VERY attentive and ready to make the stay as pleasurable as they possibly could.) the view issue was not their fault at all, it’s just how the neighborhood is built. Thank yall for hosting. "
