"Everyone knows about the elevators ! So I won’t complain much about them , But I would say some of the staff was a bit rude , I blew it off most the time but I wish they wouldn’t have the attitudes they had . We had a really good bartender Jameson ! He was fast & got us in & out ! The staff at the Alabama ice Cream shop were also Great ! Got us in & out as well , super friendly! Definitely recommend coming to Laketown Wharf"

"Caution that pictures presented online are not what they represent. We ended up in a unit with the bedroom on the inside next to an elevator. The condo had very aged and mismatched furniture. Looked like it was thrown together. The price for 2 nights was robbery. "

"Air conditioning was broke- leaking. We notified the front desk, and it was fixed and cleaned up by the time we arrived back at the room. Great service!"

"Everything was great and expected, but we only was given 2 bath towels for a family of 5. We was able to use the washer and dryer throughout our stay."
