"It was an overnight stay for a funeral but we were pleasantly surprised at the help of the staff and the cleanliness of the property. We decided to sit out on the patio and visit with some family and the staff started the fire pit for us as soon as he saw us out there which was a nice addition. We recommend this hotel!"

"The property was great. Well equipped kitchen and amenities. Nice location for us we have family that lives close. Great dead end street and bike trails. Only down side was carpet. For the price the carpet needs replaced it is very dirty. The rest of house is clean, bathrooms, bedrooms, beds were comfortable as well and WiFi worked great. Kids loved biking and fishing off of dock."

"This home was a great place for our family. There is PLENTY of space from the downstairs and upstairs living rooms to the garage area to the breezeway to the front or backyards. The kitchen is small, but very well stocked. The only thing I would suggest is to purchase more forks. Everything else we needed was there. Pans and cooking sheets were clean and plentiful. Beach towels are available as well. The walking distance to Arnold’s Park was a huge plus for us and we took advantage of the trail along the lake for beautiful views both day and night. There are a few outdoor games: ladder ball, yard dice, and a homemade ping pong table. Bean bag boards would be a definite plus and a good add. There were plenty of outdoor chairs as well. The property owner’s communication was very good and quick. I had identified an issue and it was quickly rectified. If we need another rental in the area, I will definitely consider this location. I would suggest you bring camping type chairs or blankets along to sit comfortably and enjoy the music down at the park. This stay was a great experience."

"When reading the add thought there would be 2 bathrooms and 1/2 baths. Only 2 bathrooms. Neighbors also asked us to put out the fire pit. Everything else was a great visit."

"The property is located on a quiet street within walking distance to Arnold’s Park. The interior of the home is exceptional. Very well designed with every device, utensil and towel you need. All furniture was like new. Without question the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. It was a little pricey but you get more than you expect."
