"What a great discovery for visits to the Iowa Great Lakes! The room and entire property were exceptionally clean, with great amenities like fire pits and corn hole games for guest use and tables outside each room with checkers sets for great evening lounging. The staff were nice kind and welcoming and management was available, attentive and also very kind. This place lives up to the “Iowa nice” reputation of the region. The location is also excellent—central to the entire Lakes area. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my stay."

"Hi we really appreciate you having as your guests in your VRBO.We have to say that there were spider webs around the door frame. And there were some around the house as well. The deck was full of leaves so my friend blew them off with the blower. The thing is that apparently there were people before hence the reason we couldn’t get in earlier and so I don’t feel as three there was not as there was the webs and leaves but it is what it is. Not horrible.Your Bosch coffee maker has nats in it, kind of yucky. Apparently the power went out while we were gone at the wedding and the coffee pot will need to be reset. It did not want to brew. Got hot but no brew.All in all it’s a beautiful home and we are very grateful to have had the privilege of staying there.Thank you "

"It's hard to find a true 5 bedroom home--this one was great. Very spacious and clean. In addition to 5 private rooms, you could sleep several more kids in the large basement rec room if you wanted, which has the nicest thick soft carpet. Great location close to golf courses and Arnold's Park. Big fenced in backyard was great for the kids. We appreciated being able to park cars in the garage as well as the driveway."

"We had a wonderful stay in this little property on the water! It has been beautifully updated. Easy to drop the paddle board and kayaks into the water and go. The fire-pit and outdoor seating were fun one evening. Our daughter needed to run for cross country one morning and one of their bikes had tires that were easily aired up for me to follow her on the trail. Highly recommend!"
