"Location was good, less than 10min walk to Duomo. Room was clean. Toilet broken but they let us use the room next to ours. Beds are very firm- hard. Room was spacious for 2. Clean. Free mini bar a plus. Good toiletries provided. Resteraunt was very good for dinner. Free morning breakfast was delicious too with many choices."

"My top priority in a hotel is a quiet night's sleep. Rooms 421 and 423 face the inner courtyard with no guest rooms on the other side. We arrived exhausted and slept late the next morning with no disturbance. The pillows weren't great (flat down or lumpy synthetic), but the bed was very comfortable. The shower water pressure was excellent. We didn't eat there as it seemed overpriced. It was nice to have all our luggage taken straight to the room and then stored while we toured."

"Spacious lobby and bar, rooms were very small. Our initial room had a foul, sewer-like odor. We asked to be switched and they accommodated our request which was really nice. We did not have the breakfast but enjoyed a spritz in their outdoor area. Convenient to Milano Centrale. "
