"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The condition of the place was far below acceptable standards — honestly, it was terrible. What made it even worse was the complete lack of customer service. We reached out multiple times via email and phone, but never received any response at all. Being ignored like this is completely unacceptable, especially when you’re paying for a stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will definitely never stay here again."
