"This is just an easy train hop from Florence. Empoli is adorable. If you would like a spot from where you can head out to anywhere in Tuscany, this is a great spot. It has a lovely balcony and Tatiana and other staff where very nice and helpful. "

"Best part of the stay was meeting Marco the owner and excellent breakfast (he made all the cakes himself) and enjoying the beautiful backyard which smelled amazing due to all the jasmine vines."

"The location was beautiful. Amazing scenic views in every direction with Volterra on the hill in the distance! The villa was perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved to cool off in the pool after a day of sightseeing and the owners were helpful with any questions we had. Truly a perfect Tuscan getaway!"

"Wonderful place to stay! The owner was incredibly accommodating and kindly allowed us to check in early and check out late. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect—close to the main attractions and within easy reach of some fantastic restaurants. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it!"

"This place is gorgeous, I wish we had time to relax and enjoy the garden. You can hear comings and goings from the lobby but it’s nothing dramatic. Viola the owner is super lovely and very helpful. Would stay again in a garden view room. "

"We absolutely loved our stay here and honestly couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our time in Florence!
The location was perfect — we were so close to everything and could easily walk everywhere, which made exploring the city so easy.
The rooftop bar had great views of the city.
One of our favourite parts of the stay was the concierge service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and they gave us some amazing recommendations for dinners and shopping that we wouldn’t have found on our own.
We had such a great experience from start to finish and can’t recommend this hotel enough. We would 100% stay here again the next time we’re in Florence!"
"Un hôtel bien entretenu. L'accueil est un peu déroutant au début, mais une fois qu'on a compris leur méthode de fonctionnement, (notamment pour le déjeuner où il faut passer la commande la veille), c'est finalement très efficace. Un seul bémol cependant, quand on arrive, il faut vraiment savoir où c'est, pcq côté indications, c'est pas très fort."
"Wonderful hotel in a very convenient location right next to the tram stop. Excellent facilities with snaps available until late if you don’t want a full meal.
Lovely infinity pool on the roof with a bar and food available.
The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice big shower with all the necessary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
Breakfast was good, the hot food could have been hotter for my tastes, and I wish there had been soft-boiled eggs, poached or fried available for free.
The restaurant was nice but there are no other restaurants nearby, so you are a bit limited.
The lobby was buzzing with people playing pool, table football, working and just chilling out.
I would definitely stay there again if I went to Florence and would consider Social Hub for other holidays."
"Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms are kept great. The breakfast and reataurant had tasty food. Great place for for first time Italy vacation."
"Elegant, safe, relaxing property set in residential neighborhood away from the Firenze crowds. But still very close walking distance or tram stop to Duomo, Uffizzi, Academia, Ponte Vechio etc. Beautiful classic + modern decor with lovely gardens for apertivo. AC worked very well and comfortable bed - very restful stay after all the tours and walking. Breakfast is exceptional - delicious, fresh, bountiful with many selections to suit all palettes. Plus great local restaurants and shops within two blocks of property. Felt like I was in a lovely private residence with all the comfort and amenities of an upscale and welcoming home. Highly recommend to property."
