This hotel was perfect! The location cannot be beat - in the heart of Florence right next to Ufizi gallery. Clean room with lots of character, air conditioning, and very attentive and responsive staff. Very smooth stay all around, will definitely be back!

Great location within walking distance from everything. The street is also quiet and peaceful which is nice to get away from the crowds. Kate was also lovely and so so helpful by proving us all the information and recommendations! Would definitely stay again when in Florence!

The only downfall of this property aside from the beds and pillows being very firm was that there is a bar/nightclub across the street which had people outside talking loudly until about 4 am. They give you earplugs…they came in handy.

The staff was friendly but the room was full of mosquitos. Additionally, we had asked the hotel to call taxi service for us on two occasions and the same driver showed up and ended up scamming us in both instances (his license plate number is EX 207HS and his taxi number is 482) - we can’t help but assume there was some sort of agreement between the hotel and that specific driver. Regardless, would not recommend staying here.
