The adorable Mermaid Cottage is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway or excellent space to unwind if you are visiting for business. Recently remodeled top to bottom and outfitted with 2 fabulous outdoor spaces. Watch sunsets and view the ocean horizon from the rear patio. The front patio awaits right off the living room with fire pit to take the chill out of the evening air.

This is a personal residence. The will be a locked owners closet.
The property is technically a "twin home" where you share one wall (on the garage side).
