"Staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Maria and Daniel at reception, who made us feel very welcomed. We were offered a free 90 minute spa and enjoyed it. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel costing 20 euros, cheaper than what we were quoted by Uber. We managed to book the hotel shuttle back to the airport, costing 5 euros per person. Would have been better if the shuttle ran for a longer period of time instead of the very restricted time, and if the driver would help with the luggage. "

This is frustrating and made checking in more difficult. However, it was much better to deal with a person at the hotel rather than a virtual check-in, which we have had in the past which has terribly wrong. Hotels.com needs to adjust its communication policies."
