This beautiful elevated 3 bedroom and 3 bath home offers a gorgeous open concept living space above and loads of fun on the ground floor. There is an amazing heated pool, dining and grill area and plenty of places to relax. There is also a single car garage and don’t forget to bring your boat as the is also a private dock!

The Casa Key LLC staff is on the key and available should you need any assistance during your stay.

This property has deeded access to the beach where you can enjoy your favorite water activities, go shelling, hunt for sharks teeth and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
• No fires of any kind.
• No smoking on the property
• No pets
• You are allowed a maximum of 2 day guest and there shall be a maximum of 6 overnight guests in the house at any time. If a situation occurs that would require exceeding this limit please contact us and we can discuss.
• Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
• Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
• In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
• We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. (after 10PM)
