This stunning, nearly new 3 bed 2 bath home is nicely situated with pool and views of Lake Van. Upon entering the home, you are immediately greeted with gorgeous pool views, open concept floor plan and exceptional kitchen. The chef in your party will be delighted by the modern appliances, stylish backsplash, and beautiful quartz counter tops. Don't feel like cooking indoors? No problem! The outdoor grilling area is the prefect. Inviting the outdoors in is a breeze with vanishing sliding glass doors. The spacious primary bedroom offers walk-in closet with en-suite bath. Dual sinks and walk-through shower give this home a true luxury feel. The guest wing offers 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath with walk-in shower. 3-month rental preferred. Located close to shopping, beaches and restaurants. Come and get out of the cold. You won't ever want to leave this spectacular home.

Nice pool home

We rented a very nice house through VRBO/Tarpon Rentals for the Easter holidays. The house was in perfect condition, and the pool was checked and cleaned weekly. Communication via email and WhatsApp was smooth and quick. Great rental property, excellent service...we'll be back

We chose this property because it was very close to our family that lives in Englewood. It was the perfect choice. The house is beautiful and well laid out. The open concept and the wall of sliding glass doors allowed us to host our family dinner with ease. With seating at the large island, the table and chairs in the kitchen area and the tale and chairs on the deck everyone could eat and still socialize. Having a pool/spa available with the exceptional weather we had this February was a bonus. The only downside of having a heated pool, is not knowing how much we will be charged, still waiting on the invoice for that. *we asked for the pool to be heated, it is not required.There is a large garage, we were able to park both our car and golfcart inside.The host provided everything we needed. We are definitely thinking of making this our destination next year.
