Newly renovated with 4 bicycles, pool toys, and a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
Situated near hiking, golfing, and the beach, this friendly home pairs the convenience of nearby outdoor recreation with its backyard oasis. The lanai boasts a private pool surrounded by ample seating to accommodate your entire group. Mix drinks in a wet bar, kick back, and relax. Newly installed 55'' Outdoor TV!!!
The home's open layout makes socializing a breeze. The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, outfitted with brand-new appliances and granite countertops. Extra perks include AC, a heated pool, a large smart TV in the living room for movie night, a private washer and dryer, and 4 bicycles.
Free high-speed internet is perfect for Zoom calls. Beach towels are provided. We use a Ring doorbell on the front door for safety. 4 dogs are welcome. No other animals are allowed. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
